Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Delivery Time
Standard shipping generally takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available for select regions.

4. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at jiuzhousupply@outlook.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
